Live Blog: Presidential Debate in Iran -- Foreign Policy

Rohani: We've had an unsuccessful foreign policy. Under former Presidents Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani and Mohammad Khatami managed through wisdown and good management to get out of tough conditions.

He mentions Iran's relative successful handling of foreign policy challenges including rise of Taliban in neighboring Afghanistan and war with Iraq.
