Live Blog: Presidential Debate in Iran -- Foreign Policy

Rohani on freedom. Liberty should "be felt" he says. Iranians should be allowed to express their opinions and vote for who they want without any restrictions. Rohani also says all of Iran's different ethnic groups should feel they have equal rights. We need "national dignity" he says.
