The nuclear summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un ended without agreement due to a standoff over U.S. sanctions. Speaking at a news conference in the Vietnamese capital, Hanoi, after talks ended abruptly on February 28, Trump said the United States could not lift economic sanctions without North Korea committing to eliminate its nuclear arsenal.
