Trump: Texas Mass Shooting Connected To 'Mental Health Problem'
U.S. President Donald Trump said that a mass shooting at a Texas church may have been connected to "a mental health problem at the highest level" and suggested that access to guns was not a central issue. Trump made the statement on November 6 during a press conference with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in Tokyo. (Reuters)
