Russian troops occupying the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson fired live rounds and stun grenades at peaceful protesters. Amateur video appearing on social media on March 21 showed at least one person being wounded in the city's Liberty Square, where locals have been holding ongoing protests against the Russian occupation.
