Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has warned European allies against the dangers of appeasement in the face of "Russian aggression." In his annual speech to the country's parliament on September 6, he cast doubt on the resolve of some countries to back Ukraine as it battles Russia-backed separatists in the east of the country.
