A report from TASS:

Ukrainian President Pyotr Poroshenko said Sunday he has no doubts Ukraine will be granted visa-free travel with the European Union in 2016.
"I have no doubt that in 2016 Ukrainian will be granted the right of visa-free travel to the European Union," he said in an interview with the Inter television channel.

On December 18, the European Commission published a report where it
recommended the Council of the European Union to consider a visa-free agreement with Ukraine in 2016.
The report included a long list of anticorruption liabilities Kyiv was yet to fulfill in the first quarter of 2016.

An RFE/RL Current Time report on how Odesa Governor Mikheil Saakashvili's United Center -- where people can get virtually any state document within 15 minutes -- doesn't have the funding to run at full capacity.
