Interfax reports ex-President Viktor Yanukovych may testify in Kyiv trial:
KYIV. Nov 16 (Interfax) - The Kyiv Svyatoshinsky District Court on Wednesday received a notice from the Rostov region's court on the possibility of Ukraine's ex-president Viktor Yanukovych being questioned via a video link on November 25 as a witness in the case involving former members of the special task force unit Berkut accused of killing Kyiv Maidan activists, his lawyer Vitaly Serdyuk told Interfax.
"The Svyatoshinsky Court has received this notice and it is now up to the Svyatoshinsky Court to organize this video linkup properly," the lawyer said.
