Here's a tweet to a video that appears to show the shelling mentioned in the previous post from Christian Borys. Details are still very sketchy, but the site Apostrophe.ua cites the head of police in the Donetsk region (and recently appointed deputy head of the national police), Vyacheslav Abroskin, as saying it occurred in Avdiyivka and that Donbas separatists were responsible:
