Seized Boats 'Ruined' By Russia Returned To Ukraine
Three Ukrainian naval vessels, seized by Russia almost a year ago, returned to the Ukrainian port of Ochakiv on November 20. The Ukrainian navy said the three ships, two small Ukrainian armored artillery vessels and a tug boat, were in very poor condition and needed to be tugged into port by other vessels.
