Young Moldovan Doctors Complain Of Few Jobs And Broken Promises
A regional hospital in the Moldovan district of Floresti has recruited just two young specialist doctors in the last three years. Tatiana Turea says she was promised an apartment to relocate to the district, but is still waiting nearly a year later and plans to leave. A second young specialist, Elena Mamoncic, says she plans to move abroad. The hospital's director says there are too few opportunities for newly qualified doctors.
