Six Hanged In Iran

Two men being executed by public hanging in Iran (file photo) (epa) July 12, 2006 -- Iranian media reported today that six men were publicly hanged after being found guilty of crimes ranging from serial rape to narcotics trafficking.

Hundreds of onlookers reportedly cheered as a 34-year-old man found guilty of abducting and raping scores of young girls was hanged from a crane.
