July 13, 2006 -- Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov says that the Russian army plans to acquire 69 new mobile Topol-M ballistic missiles and around 60 Iskander-M tactical ballistic missiles by 2015.
Ivanov was speaking on July 13 during a visit to two large armament factories in Volgograd.
