At least 16 people were killed when a fire broke out in a chemical factory in Karachi, Pakistan. Rescue workers struggled to get survivors out of the building on August 27 after dozens were left trapped inside. Around 250 people usually work at the chemical factory but the fire broke out in the morning when many workers had not yet come in. Authorities say an investigation has been ordered into the cause of the blaze.
