North Korea Lauds 'Historic' Missile Launch

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un declared his country's latest missile test was a "historic" moment which marked the completion of the "state nuclear force," according to an announcement on state television. It said the new missile could hit anywhere in the United States. Washington condemned the November 28 test, and an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council has been called for November 29. (AP)
