An explosion rocked New York's Port Authority, one of the city's busiest commuter hubs, near Times Square. Police said one suspect was injured and in custody after the blast on December 11, and that three others were hurt in the rush-hour incident. Reports from the scene said police suspected a pipe bomb caused the explosion, which authorities called a "terror-related" incident. (AP)
