Two Uzbeks Cycle To World Cup


June 13, 2006 -- Two Uzbek men have traveled from the Uzbek capital, Tashkent, to Germany on bicycles to meet their favorite soccer player during the World Cup.


After biking over 6,500 kilometer since March, Akram Marufjonov and Musajon Hornidov finally met the goalkeeper of the Bavarian soccer club Bayern Munich, Oliver Khan, and got his autograph.
