First Votes Cast In U.S.; Candidates Tied Five To Five

The first polls have opened for voting in the U.S. presidential election. Following a long-standing tradition, the tiny village of Dixville Notch, New Hampshire, opens its voting booths just after midnight on election day, and quickly tallies the results.
