Pro-Kyiv military blogger Dmitry Tymchuk says his National Security and Defense Council analytical center has information "supported virtually every hour" with evidence "that there are not only Russian mercenaries but RUSSIAN army full-time SWAT DRG Gru and AIRBORNE unis, and units of brigades of RUSSIAN ground forces in the Donbas."
He also says that "the [Russian] Armed Forces continue to concentrate in areas bordering Ukraine," adding that "2 trains with military equipment and personnel (up to 500 people)" arrived at the Kamensk-Shahtinsky railway station in Rostov.

The Russian ruble continues to plunge to new record lows, hitting 48 to the U.S. dollar, 59.4 to the euro, and more than 76 to the pound in trading this morning on the Moscow Exchange.
The ruble has lost about 25 percent of its value this year against the dollar and the euro despite regular intervention by the Russian Central Bank. But central bankers decided on Wednesday to limit their intervention to $350 million per day.
