Authorities of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) support independence of the self-proclaimed territories within the administrative border of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, DPR First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Purgin told Interfax.
