Zimbabwe Military 'Targeting Criminals' Around Mugabe
Military forces in Zimbabwe have taken control of key points in the capital, Harare, but army leaders have said that they are not involved in a military takeover. In a statement on national television, army spokesman Major General S.B. Moyo said that President Robert Mugabe and his family are "safe and sound," and that the military is targeting "criminals" in his government. (ZBC via Reuters)
