Turkmen state media today say President Gurbanguli Berdymukhamedov has replaced the country's top oil and gas official.
The daily "Neutral Turkmenistan" reports that the president dismissed Oraznur Nurmuradov for "unsatisfactory performance."
Nurmuradov, who had been in the job for only three months, will be replaced by his former deputy, Bayramgeldy Nedirov.
