U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken will hold a trilateral meeting with the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Munich on February 18, the U.S. State Department said. The talks will mark the first meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinian and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev since October. It comes amid escalated tensions between the two nations over a blockade of the Lachin Corridor, the only land route giving Armenia direct access to the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region.
