'We Had To Get Him' - Locals Pursued Texas Church Shooter

A local man said he was acting on instinct when he chased down the gunman responsible for Texas's deadliest ever mass shooting. Johnnie Langendorff told KSAT television that he was driving past the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, Texas on November 5 when he saw the fleeing gunman exchange fire with a member of the community. Witnesses said the gunman had burst into the church firing an assault rifle. Langendorff and another local man pursued the gunman in a high-speed chase until the suspect eventually lost control of his vehicle and crashed. (KSAT/AP)
