Trump Blames Clinton For The Rise Of Islamic State Militants

The Republican nominee for U.S. president, Donald Trump, told a campaign rally that Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton was responsible for the rise of Islamic State militants. Speaking in North Carolina on November 3, Trump blamed the former secretary of state and President Barack Obama for pulling troops out of the Middle East on a "public timetable." Clinton also spoke in North Carolina on the day, supported by her fomer rival for the nomination, Bernie Sanders, and pop star Pharrell Williams.
