Trump Announces New Sanctions Targeting Business With North Korea

U.S. President Donald Trump issued a new executive order imposing new sanctions on North Korea and those who do business with the country on September 21. Speaking ahead of a luncheon meeting with South Korean President Moon Jae-in and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in New York, Trump said foreign banks would "face a clear choice: Do business with the United States, or facilitate trade with the lawless regime in North Korea."
