A Ukraine Interior Ministry adviser says one man killed, three wounded in explosion in Kyiv. Zoryan Shkiryak said in a post on Facebook that among the wounded are Ukrainian lawmaker Ihor Mosiychuk, from the Radical Party, and political analyst Vitaliy Bala. "Both have now been taken to hospital quickly and are under the care of doctors," he said, adding that investigators were at the scene.
