Tigran Hovsepian

Tigran Hovsepian is a freelance correspondent for RFE/RL's Armenian Service based in the Syunik region.  He covers security and social issues as the area is most affected by the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan. He also often reports from the Nagorno-Karabakh region. Hovsepian is also teaching at a local school in the village of Karashen in Syunik.
