What will you do?
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Manage the reception area, welcoming visitors, issuing passes, and providing general information.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and support visitors with transport arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring proper registration and filing.
- Organize the office environment by ordering supplies and liaising with building management and service providers.
- Act as a point of contact for security and access-related issues.
- Assist HR, IT, Finance, and other departments with operational tasks.
- Support events, including in-house or off-site activities.
- Provide written and oral translations when needed.
- Manage journalist accreditations and ensure compliance with Latvian authorities.
- Coordinate permissions and approvals for filming and other activities.
What are we looking for?
Successful candidates will have:
- An undergraduate degree or higher professional education (preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- Experience in multicultural or multinational environments (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Full professional literacy in Latvian and English; Russian proficiency is a plus.
