June 14, 2006 -- Iranian Foreign Minister Manuchehr Mottaki today said an international package of incentives designed to end the standoff over Iran's nuclear program is "a step forward."
Mottaki made the statement in Madrid, where he met with his Spanish counterpart, Miguel Angel Moratinos.
Mottaki said Iran will consult with Germany, France, and Britain after it completes its review of the package.
