Police Make Fourth Arrest In Chubais Case


Anatoly Chubais (file photo) (ITAR-TASS) December 13, 2006 -- Russian authorities have arrested a fourth man for the assassination attempt on the head of the country's electricity monopoly, Anatoly Chubais.


The suspect, Ivan Mironov, is the son of a former government minister. The other three suspects are all former military men.


Chubais, head of the United Energy System and a chief architect of Russia's post-Soviet privatization program, escaped unharmed from the March 2005 attack.
