Trump, NATO Leaders To Talk Counterterrorism, Defense Spending
U.S. President Donald Trump will attend his first NATO leaders meeting in Brussels on May 25. During the U.S. election campaign he called on NATO members states to spend more on defense and called the military alliance "obsolete". Trump has since revised his view, saying his stance helped push the 28-nation alliance to focus more on counterterrorism. (AP, Reuters, RFE/RL)
