Anticorruption Blogger Jailed In Azerbaijan

Blogger Mehman Huseynov is well known in Azerbaijan for investigating alleged government corruption. After he was briefly detained in January, he reported being abused by police while in custody. That claim prompted authorities to sentence him to two years in prison for libel. (RFE/RL's Azerbaijani Service)
