A French daredevil has succeeded in climbing the world's tallest building -- the 828-meter Burj Khalifa in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates.
Alain Robert, 48, who is also known as the "French Spider-Man," took about six hours to climb the more than 160-story building.
Unlike previous climbs he has made, Robert used a rope and harness on March 28 to comply with the requirements that were imposed in order for him to attempt the climb in the Gulf sheikdom.
Robert has climbed more than 80 buildings around the world in his career, including the Empire State Building, the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, and the Taipei 101 in Taiwan.
