At least 20 people have been killed and dozens injured in two separate bomb attacks targeting Shi'a in Baghdad.
Seven people were reported killed when a suicide bomber blew himself up at a market in the Baladiyat district on January 8, officials said. About 12 others were injured.
Earlier the same day, a car-bomb blast killed 13 people and injured around 50 at another market in the Jamila district.
The Islamic State (IS) terrorist organization claimed responsibility for the Jamila attack.
IS has claimed responsibility for several other attacks in Iraq in recent days, as Iraqi government forces and its allies push to recapture the city of Mosul, which is the last major IS stronghold in the country.
