-- Dozens of Crimean Tatars marked the anniversary of the Stalin-era deportations from the Black Sea peninsula on May 18, with police warning participants that the event was unauthorized but otherwise not interfering.

-- Ukraine's ruling parliamentary coalition has broken up after the People's Front party withdrew from it, parliament speaker Andriy Parubiy has said.
