Macron: 'Nothing Will Ever Separate' U.S. And France
French President Emmanuel Macron said "nothing will ever separate" the United States and France as he hosted U.S. President Donald Trump at Bastille Day celebrations in Paris. The lavish parade on July 14 marked the storming of the Bastille during the French Revolution in 1789. This year's celebrations also commemorated the 100th anniversary of the United States' entry into World War I in 1917, which Macron said had "rescued" France. (AP)
